Food for Thought

You can have all kinds of things happen to you. We all have bad and unexpected things happen to us. Those things can sometimes change the way you think about yourself. If that’s sounds like you, then sometimes having someone remind you who you are and what your not can be very helpful. This can be a friend, family member, boyfriend, girlfriend, spouse, etc.
It should be someone who knows you well and knows the real you. There are other ways to help remind you of this and to ignore the unwanted lies, but I believe having it spoken to you works the best.
