One thing I started doing was saying 10 things that I am grateful for every morning and every night. That has really helped me start to feel better and better deal with troubles in my life.
Positive self affirmations are also helpful as well. In these 3 videos, you’ll hear more about how positive and negative self informations can help you and also hold you back and hurt you. You will hear how they can affect you in your conscious and your unconscious. You may not notice much at first as this will take some time to get into a rhythm, but if you start repeating them on a daily basis, eventually you will start to feel better about yourself, attract better things, and your confidence will build-up.
